I don’t remember. I was 4 or 5 when I learned how to read in Portuguese, but not sure about when I started reading English. I suppose I must’ve been around 12 or 13. I was 14 the first time I watched something in English with no subtitles or any other form of “help”. That I remember - it was Batman: The Animated Series’ “Christmas with The Joker”.
