Again, as I stated before, I'm not providing any material for your project. You're on your own with that one. I'd upload mine if someone would damn tell me how.

I use Bitcomet (http://www.bitcomet.com), so I'll explain from that.
In Bitcomet, go to File/Create Torrent. Choose if you want to seed a single file or a whole folder, and then browse for that file/folder. If you wanna upload your file to The Pirate Bay, use the tracker server http://tracker.prq.to/announce. Then you simply go here: http://thepiratebay.org/upload.php, follow the instructions and upload the .torrent file that Bitcomet created for you. You have to be registered to upload it to The Pirate Bay, but that's a pretty quick process.
