I think it would look OK if placed before the throne room meddals scene. I would only remove the "Order 66" reference, as it would make no sense in mentioning it 19 years later.

Of course, if one was to do such a scene, it would be for fans only, and for fan edit versions, and NOT for commercial releases. Don't give GL ideas. Please.
