Restructured is the only edit I’ve seen, and it’s great. You’ll never even know anything was done to it if you haven’t seen the original in awhile.

It’s such a mild edit as far as fan edits go, too, but it just improves the experience too much not to recommend it.

Personally I think it’s weird to watch the fan edit first. Plus I don’t think it’s any better than the original.

Fan-edits are objectively worse than the originals, especially if they’re PT fan-edits. I objectively know this because it is objective, objectively.

And yes to the V1, no to V2 (which I am well aware is much improved, but I still feel quite confident in my opinion, though I am excited to watch the V2 sometime soon).

Fair enough. To me version 1 was a good proof of concept, but not perfect. Version 2 is essentially perfect to the point where it’s replaced the official release on my media player’s hard drive (which isn’t the case for any other fan edit - they rest all sit comfortably next to the official release…yes, even the prequels…).
