I think digital cameras were the least of AOTCs problems.
For sure, like 95% of the movie being CGI, Anakin being written as a bad apple from the start instead of a genuinely good man slowly being transformed by war, the aforementioned forced romance between Anakin and Padme and so on and so forth.
