Was skimming through a copy of the TLJ novelization at a Barnes and Noble, I think I found out what a couple scenes are…

“Rose and Finn Go Back to Where They Belong” is Finn dragging Rose back to the base on Crait, and her sorta waking up and pointing out that earlier in the movie she was the one dragging him.
the “Rey and Chewie on the Falcon” scene is most likely a short snippet where they see all the walkers firing at Luke (although I don’t think they know it’s him), and they turn around or something.
