I was sent photoshop ($500 software) from the owner of dvdcoverart.org, but he mostly did it out of kindness because I sent him quite a few DVD covers to get the site going.

Also, someone else posted hi-res poster art in the "preservation" area, maybe you can find the thread.

But yeah, dvdcoverart.org has a lot of Star Wars covers (also in the link section). You can find my customs there, I was going for a "classic look":
