On the topic of bias and arguments, this article on “progressive hostility” looks compelling. I’ve only read a little of it but I’ve heard similar complaints from people I know.
As a progressive, I find this article to be depressingly accurate. And I’ll definitely admit that I’m often guilty of this, too.
But as was stated a few times already, it’s anecdotal. It lines up with your experience, with some of us others here, it doesn’t.
Sure, I wasn’t saying it isn’t anecdotal.
Which is fine. My issue is declaring it “truth” like it’s some universal constant.
I read it as Warbler saying it was true for him/his experience, not that it was objective truth.
