I'm currently being hired to make a set of DVDs out of a very long set of film reels (already transferred to video). I can't really say what this is, but it's an important work by an important artist. A museum in the UK wants to screen this work in its entirety, projected onto the side of a building, very large scale. Is there anything special that should be done in the encoding process that would make a difference when a video is projected on this scale? Basically, what I'm asking is if any compression artifacts are more likely to show up this way?
