This is bedtime for people?! I’m still at work!
Hope you’re holding up, Handman. I might be passing out early.

This is bedtime for people?! I’m still at work!
I picked up a night shift for Saturday night at work, so I’m still awake, trying to shift my clock a little to make sure I’m fully functional for tomorrow night. Er…tonight, I mean.
I remember when I was a young kid, when I didn’t have school the next day, I would stay up nights past 9:30 to midnight if I could, because back then — in the late '90s — one of the local stations played old episodes of The Simpsons at that time. After I watched The Simpsons, though, I’d quickly retire to bed, 'cause at that point, I’d be dead tired. As such, the time between 12:30 & 5:00 AM was largely a mystery to me; I often romanticized these 4.5 hours into a quasi-magical period where anything and everything could happen and did.
Fast forward to the last seventeen years. That mystical quality has vanished. The time between 12:30 & 5:00 AM’s just a chronal doldrums where only insomnia thrives.
Approaching that magical time.

I haven’t checked this thread in awhile, but I’m still up at the most ungodly hours.
Would you like to fix that?

DON’T ANSWER THAT
DON’T ANSWER THAT
Why not?
Been at work for 2 hours, got 6 left to go. Woo.
Slow on a Sunday morning?
The blue elephant in the room.
I work in a lab at a plastic factory doing quality control, and there’s only two production lines running tonight instead of the usual 4-5, so yep. Pretty slow.
If only I were doing something useful about now. Although I am watching Little Shop of Horros which is at least amusing.

Ooh, the black and white original or the musical? And if it’s the musical, which ending?
The original, which I have never seen before. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen the musical.

Neat, I’ve never seen the original. How is it?
Neat, I’ve never seen the original. How is it?
You’ve obviously never seen any of Corman’s pre-Price films.

A lot of fun. The personality of the plant is great. Good quips. The remake potential jumps off the screen.

You would be correct.
The sleepiness is starting to set in…90 more minutes til I can get the hell out of here…
Meanwhile, I’m awake.

Hello again.
Hello. Sunday night is the most difficult. The start of work again.
The blue elephant in the room.
Indeed. It’s still 12:00 AM here. What time is it at your timezone guys?
