That's odd - I send DVD's to Oz all the time for only $5 for upto 15 plain DVD's and I've now sent my external HD down there twice to a Datsun buddy (racing footage and automotive PDF's) for only $10 each time using the large Global Flat Rate with the HD packed on a HD sized box. (upto 4 pounds
