I say watch episode IV-VI, then I-III, followed by IV-VI

if you want to you can do the OOT for the first IV-VI and then the DVD versions for the second time around, this is what i did when ROTS came out, though i spaced it out 1 movie per day. (i actually only did the dvd versions so i could see them and the changes.
