1. Episodes 3's Yoda/Emperor & ObiWan/AniVader (I count that as 1 saber fight, since they happen at the same time)
2. Luke Vs. Vader in Episode 5
And #3 was hard to pick over Mace vs. Palpatine (Mace Windu has became my favorite character) and The Darth Maul fight.
3. Episode 1's Darth Maul/ ObiWan & Qui Gon
