That might sometimes be the case, but it was not my experience.

The NTSC DVD5 versions of SW 2.5 and ESB 2.0 are posted on mega, and I ran into the IP address data limits that pop up after 5 GB when I was downloading those DE rars for the first time.

So I used precisely the approach I mentioned above to speed up the operation.

I would download 10 500 MB files at home, and when I could, run to the library, and download 10 500 MB files there, one by one, straight from the links, with no download manager, just to supplement the process. Even if all the files had been posted on mega and my home internet had been dial-up speed, for me, it would have been possible to obtain everything with this method, albeit tediously.

Many of us can turn off our modem and turn it back on to change IP address. Can you change your IP address to get around the download cap from Mega?
