There are indeed all 10 episodes on those DVDs. And don’t worry, I don’t plan on selling any of my movies.

A Goofy Movie
First, I was wrong, just checked and the PAL DVD is letterboxed, not anamorphic.
I have absolutely no idea how proper slowdown PAL to NTSC. Years ago I tried syncing the PAL DVD to the NTSC audio, spent months on Premiere and VirtualDub trying to figure out a way to make it.
Regarding the screenshots: I can’t rip Netflix, so the screenshot was literally a screenshot of my computer screen. I have no idea why this movie has these uneven black/brown bars on top and under. It doesn’t seem to be aiming to a 1.66:1 AR. And the weird issue on the bottom right, it’s not an artifact from the screenshot, it’s actually there when you’re streaming the video. I don’t have the *.TS from the German broadcast right now, so I took a screenshot from a 720p encode from that broadcast (I’ll get it later). Finally, screenshots from the DVDs were taken with VLC.

And after some googling, I found out that the Japanese DVD came out in 2004 and there hasn’t been a reprint. If anyone can tell me where I can buy it, please let me know. Or if anyone can send me the files, PM me, please. I’ve been looking for a proper release of this movie for over a decade now.
Wait, scrap that. https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/d256572935#
It shows that the DVD is 4:3, not widescreen.
