People also seem to forget that using computers that are publicly accessible at libraries to get the rars a few at a time is a feasible option, even if your home internet is slow.
If you use a flash drive just for the purpose of transporting files from the library to your home storage, an 8 gig drive would suffice to get 10 rars per trip.
Most libraries at least have broadband, so even if you only have dial-up at your home, these projects can still be within reach for you.
I bet they have filters for this kind of content at public libraries.
The more hoops it appears one has to take to do something, the more likely it is that they don’t do it, no master how simple it is.
