thanks, darth simon--i started swimming through the thread you linked and got dragged away at work.

i'm gonna catch up this weekend. that's some meaty reading!

also glad to hear the midis will lift easy from ROTS. i finished watching balance of the force (brilliant, magfan, brilliant!) the other night and i do not miss them one damn bit.
