Several years ago, I got the idea (somehow) that the Emperor’s throneroom was onboard the Super Star Destroyer that impales DS2 (like right in the middle of the nav tower), and that the crash was a significant part of why DS2 exploded. It had been quite some time since my last viewing, because I didn’t know about the Despecialised versions and I refused to sit through ‘Jedi Rocks’ again.
Only a few months ago, I realised Executor is destroyed well before DS2, and that the throneroom is actually somewhere near the equatorial trench onboard DS2.
