Welcome to the site bro. There’s currently a project dedicated to preserving the '97 Special Editions (http://originaltrilogy.com/topic/1997-Star-Wars-Special-Edition-35mm-Project/id/56979). I’m sure that someone out there that has the VHS or Laserdisc on whatever language your looking for will add it. I don’t know of any VHS preservations but you might get lucky looking for a Laserdisc preservation. Harmy has a preservation of the '97 version of A New Hope.
