From what I've read, if the LD has laser rot, there isn't much you can do about it. It's a natural chemical reaction, so unless you are willing to store your LDs inside an airtight chamber and can synthesize excited bromide in an argon matrix (Let's see someone get that quote

), you'll just have to wait and see which discs survive and which don't.
