He’s referred to as “Lord Sidious” by the Nemodians many times in TPM, and by Dooku in AOTC. I know this for sure because in my edit Dooku is a Jedi and he warns Obi-Wan of a Sith controlling the Senate
In ROTS Grevious, Nute Gunray, and Yoda all call him Lord Sidious. Yoda also calls him Darth Sidious when they first face off in his office.
