I’d write a letter to the theater chain explaining your experience and why you’re never going back there. They should have issued refunds for such a shoddy presentation.
I discovered several years ago some people will even not get up and complain when a movie is out of focus, sadly.
I’m not sure I’m never going back. But I will think about writing a letter to the theater.
