yeah, they should have used her for the part in that Sci-Fi mini-series/sequal...though the girl they used was pretty good looking if my memory serves me correctly...but i think im starting to veer off topic.

Which of his book would you most recommend? As i've said i have read The Long Walk, The Running Man, and Rage and want to read Green Mile, Firestarter, and The Dead Zone. Are those books better than their movie adapations (i kind of expect they would be) but would be your suggestions for someone that wants to start reading his books?

I personally liked Needful Things (and I liked the movie...Max Von Sydow was GREAT!!). If you're looking for a looooong read, The Stand weighs in around 1400 pages or so, I think. Many of his fans consider it his greatest work, though probably not good to jump into right off the bat if you're looking for something lite. I haven't read it, but I hear Gerald's Game is quite good.
