SilverWook has been pretty darn active, even oojason. It’s not like it’s been a lawless zone, given how quite a few users have been banned since I’ve come to talk TLJ. Part of the issue I believe is that some of us don’t use the report button as often as we should; more often than not, I see it where members try to play moderator, but it tends to lead to more issues and becomes a bigger mess until a moderator has been alerted.

I will also point out that people will not be aware to much of the moderation that occurs in some particular threads.
