Does anyone know where on the web I can find the complete script to all 3 of the OT films?

I'm looking for the exact script of the movie......not an early draft or anything.....just the final version.

I need it for reference purposes and I don't want to have to watch the movies umpteen times.....

You can find them here:
http://www.starwarz.com/starkiller/scripts.htm

or here:
http://www.bus.miami.edu/~jdavis/Starwars/scripts.html

these are the shooting scripts so include cut-scenes but don't include any last minute changes.

Interesting...in that second link, the ROTJ script has Obi-Wan telling Luke that Owen was his brother. That whole scene with Luke and the ghost Obi-Wan is quite enlightning!!!

I recommend you guys read that....very interesting read.

Here it is for anyone who cant be bothered to search:

Very intesesting how much George's original vision contradicts his new films, so much for that whole 'had it planned from the start idea' although I'm sure no-one really believes that anymore.

" BEN
Your insight serves you well. Bury your
feelings deep down, Luke. They do you credit.
But they could be made to serve the Emperor.

Luke looks into the distance, trying to comprehend all this.

BEN (continuing his narrative)
When your father left, he didn't know your
mother was pregnant. Your mother and I knew
he would find out eventually, but we wanted
to keep you both as safe as possible, for as
long as possible. So I took you to live with
my brother Owen on Tatooine... and your mother
took Leia to live as the daughter of Senator
Organa, on Alderaan.

Luke turns, and settles near Ben to hear the tale.

BEN (attempting to give solace with his words)
The Organa household was high-born and
politically quite powerful in that system.
Leia became a princess by virtue of
lineage... no one knew she'd been adopted, of
course. But it was a title without real
power, since Alderaan had long been a
democracy. Even so, the family continued to
be politically powerful, and Leia, following
in her foster father's path, became a senator
as well. That's not all she became, of
course... she became the leader of her cell
in the Alliance against the corrupt Empire.
And because she had diplomatic immunity, she
was a vital link for getting information to
the Rebel cause. That's what she was doing
when her path crossed yours... for her foster
parents had always told her to contact me on
Tatooine, if her troubles became desperate.

Luke is overwhelmed by the truth, and is suddenly protective of
his sister."

Lucas admits that he didn't know if he would have Padme die during child birth or shortly after. He knew she was to die, but not exactly when. But you can't really go by the scripts, only what is in the films, because the scripts themselves sometimes contradict the OT.

Max_Rebo I doubt those lines where in any draft GL wrote. He didn't come up with the whole "Leia is Luke's sister" and "Being seperated at birth" until the early 80s.
“Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.” — Nazi Reich Marshal Hermann Goering

Max Rebo was quoting from the screenplay of Return of the Jedi, the scene in which Luke returns to Dagobah and speaks to Obi-Wan.
