I agree MBJ......it is not impossible.
I've been seriously thinking on and off about doing 12 novellas that are about 100 pages in length where each novella would be an episode basically.
The story is big enough that there should be 6 parts to the "Prequel Era" and 6 parts to the "Original Trilogy Era". I've actually come up with most of it, but haven't really done anything with it cuz who would really care what some FAN has to write...
And there are some really GREAT EU stuff that would work perfectly with my version. Not really whole stories from the EU, just pieces from here and there. They Kyber Crystal for instance would play a huge half in prequel part, while I would throw in Thrawn in the OT half, but he would be much more ruthless and sinister. Also Wedge and Rogue Squadron would play a very significant role in the OT half. You have the Jedi as the central characters aiding the main characters (Anakin, Obi-Wan) while Luke would get the help of the various rebel people like the Rogues.
I swear I could lay LucASS to shame....but it's like I said....who would read it and who would really care. I didn't create Star Wars, so what's the point? The guy to do it who mattered farted it all up royally.
