Northern Exposure DVD sets with the original music intact was released in Germany. It’s available on amazon.de as “Ausgerechnet Alaska - Die komplette Serie (28 Discs)”. It is in PAL, so expect speed up, but reportedly sound is pitch-corrected.

http://www.fabulousfilms.com is reportedly releasing a Blurray version (2018) with original music intact. Again, it’ll be PAL, and region locked to B.
