I think it's more a case of those rules are way above you and you're standing below them jumping up attempting to grab them but they're just out of your reach.

You can post faster than I because

1)I am stuck with a slow internet connection until 6PM tonight

2)You can post more rapidly since you don't take the time for proper grammar and punctuation.
