Not grasping. If you watch the unedited clip of that interview, you’ll see she had no idea what the guy was talking about and then answers a question about making more changes.

I really don’t think Mike’s silence has anything to do with this. Most likely what’s happened with Legacy is they seized all assets related to the film, made him sign an NDA, and threw it all in the vault to be forgotten. Near the end Mike also seemed more interested in using it as a restoration proof of concept than an actual release. I doubt Legacy will ever see the light of day.

So, no mention of the OOT after the deal either means they are not interested in it or they are already working on it. Just like no mention of the OOT before the deal either meant they were not interested in it or they were already working on it. I don’t see how buying Fox changed anything. We either get it or we don’t and all we can do about it is wait.

I doubt any statement regarding OUT release is gonna occur that quickly after the sale took place.
