I have a feeling that Empire:SE will be more useful then ANH:SE from the point of view of restoring the O-OT.
The Emperor scene from the SE comes to mind. What sucks about footage sourced from the Grondhouse (other than the obvious damage to the print) is the vignette around almost every scene.
