The Garrison Keillor allegation sounds like horseshit to me.
I haven’t really followed it, why do you say that?
From what I’ve read it was one specific incident years ago when he patted someone on the back once but her clothing wasn’t covering her back. He claims it was to console her, and she recoiled and he apologized and it never happened again. He even claims they remained friendly afterwards. It sounds to me like a very uncomfortable misunderstanding that was ignored forever and then brought up again. I don’t know though, I wasn’t there.
