Well I decided to make my own covers, they are based on the official but the layout is completely different.
I included to versions of the prequel trilogy(theatrical poster and comic book front)
I used the "Alvin" images for episode IV-VI classic edition and theatrical posters for the SE.

They were all out I went to every music store in Stavanger(Norway)

They are from the comic books
I got the Episode II and III artwork here and for the episode I cover I scanned the comicbook

Call me silly, but rather than have "Classic Edition" in a smaller font, I'd like to see the distinction more prominently displayed, or at least at the same size type font. Something like A New Hope: OOT or something like that.

Of course, my favorite OT covers will always be these:

Couldn't agree more MeBeJedi, nothing beats the OOT covers from the CBS FOX video/laserdisc set. Sometimes there is no replacing a true classic. Hey George, do you hear that? "Classic Edition" and "Deleted Magic," eh?

I see I've made my mark on these sets. =) Cheers.

As I was using it, "Classic Edition" is supposed to refer to my special version of the first Star Wars ... I don't think the O-OT was called that in other versions. Hmm. Shrug.

Nice work. I agree with MebeJedi that I'd rather see the original posters tho'. I don't much dig Vader on Deleted Magic either. I'm a Biggs man.

Top job! Very impressed with them, especially as mentioned they won't drain the black ink cartridge

I'd like to use the classic IV,V,VI covers as the basis for my own set when finished but do you by any chance have them in a higher resolution? or were they created at that size.

The ones included in the zip are the highest resolution I got(but what do you need them bigger for? The size they are in now are perfect for printing )

@ Gundrosen: Very nice job on your covers. You guys are really getting me interested in starting to do this as I never have before. I also like how nice and clean yours are which is very nice. One suggestion though. For the last 3 (of the classic artwork), is it possible to use the logos MeBeJedi posted on the top of your covers (instead of the logo's that are on there now)? I think that would look really nice if you could. I was also thinking for the spine of instead of putting the ANH just leave it as Star Wars like the original. Maybe even instead of the OOT you could put the year the movies were released and destinct them from that. I could be on the minority on the last couple things, but I'd love to see the original logos used in place of the ones you made on the top. Great job though, keep up the nice work.
