Maybe this topic is in the wrong section, but this needed to be said:

I love this place.
There isn’t another place on the net like this.
There is a wealth of talented and thoughtful individuals here that I can’t imagine being equaled elsewhere.
The discussions here are thought-provoking; no one is afraid to speak their mind, and everyone appears to be open to criticism in one form or another. There isn’t one thread that hasn’t put a smile on my face, or made me look back fondly on a Star Wars moment - or made me feel secure knowing I was not the only one who thought the deep, romantic kiss that Luke and Leia almost shared in TESB (see Marvel adaptation) was on the brink of absolute creepiness.
Seriously, I am truly happy that I stumbled across all of you here, and I honestly feel like a child that has finally found it’s home.
I am at an extremely difficult period in my life right now, and it feels like I found this place in the nick of time.
In so many words, this place somewhat saved my life tonight.

Thanks to all of you for making a place like this possible,

Welcom Dylan. I just registered a few months ago myself, and didn't think I'd be posting this much in a forum, but it's definately been fun here. Much agreed about the great discussions on here.

I agree wholeheartedly that this is the single best Star Wars message board on the web.

I think it is the most intelligent and mature boards out there too.

The people that frequent here are simply....AWESOME!!!

Even though I do subject people to my idocracy with some of my silly posts, everyone here is pretty understanding and has a great sense of humor.

The preservation effort is what should take the lion's share of the credit. People like ocpmovie, MagnoliaFan and Rikter (I know I forgot plenty!!) are going to be the true heart and soul of Star Wars. They're people who believe that something is special and are willing to go the distance to make sure it is preserved for all ages.

My hats off to them and to all the posters who have come here....I hope you enjoy this community. I sure do!!!

And I'd like to give a great big kick in the balls to all the mods on the OFFICIAL Star Wars message board. You punks only wish you were half as cool as this board is.

Now, let's get some naked Twi'lek chicks in the house and PARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRTYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
