Either way, no, it wasn’t really still going on, it’s just that not much has been said in the meantime in the few hours since we agreed to let it go in a different thread.
Fair enough, I’d just woken up after not checking the forum for ~12 hours and saw a shitload of new posts on it and this thread bumped with even more discussion of it. I hadn’t really looked at post times when I made my comment.
Although I do really like how you ignored the shitty things he said also, I give that cherry picking a 7/10.
He lashed out because you guys were really laying into him. I’ve done the same to people in the past only to get the “Whoa, calm down dude, over the line, we were just playing” reaction, which has never done anything but make me more pissed off at the person who’d been poking and prodding at me. That’s pretty much what I saw happen here.

Yeah, that’s not exactly what I was trying to do, and like I said, I didn’t realize it was over, since from my POV there were about 20 new posts on the subject since I’d last looked in off-topic 8 hours ago.
Nevermimd it’s still over, but both sides were being assholes. I may have started the arguing but I’m not going to be remembered as the only bad guy for being irritated at being called a ret… Nevermimd.
You’re not the only bad guy in the situation. Chyron isn’t purely the victim either, but the scales do tip in that direction.
Anyway, I shouldn’t have said anything. I intended to stay out of it, but I woke up to some real-life bullshit that made me angry and lash out at a friend, only to come here and see all this, which caused me to lash out here too.
I’ll go back to staying the hell out of this, if only because I don’t want to be the one to revive it if it was already dying out on its own.
