TBH it’s the cartoon ponies shrieking baby-talk about friendship that would get me. I can’t stand cartoon ponies shrieking baby-talk about friendship. I don’t even like Friendship Is Magic.
It’s a cartoon. Okay, I watched cartoons when I was a kid, like ThunderCats, or Ninja Turtles. I even had a schedule I set for myself on Saturday mornings back then so that, of our 2 VCRs, one was programmed to record certain shows; the other would record different ones; and I would watch the rest live.
It’s just a cartoon with interesting characters, an entertaining storyline, and a positive message. Simple as that.
