What is the point in making such an edit when its distribution is extremely limited? Why use an invite only file sharing site?
It could have easily been given an alternate title to deter removal from sites.
As you can tell from the 1st post of this thread this Edit is approximately 10 years old, and if you were to click on the username of the author to this thread you will see that, unfortunately, he/she hasn’t logged into this site for two years now.
The answers you seek are likely to remain… unanswered.
I suggest reading through the thread to find if anyone has a copy - and politely asking them if they know how you could acquire it.
