About Luke’s saber, though, after he tosses it away in front of the Emperor, we don’t see the hilt attached at his side while he’s pulling Vader to the shuttle (as you’d expect, since he did toss it away), but then it suddenly reappears at the end celebration. So which is it?
I’d rather not see it again after he throws it.
It’s such a symbolic moment and it’s ruined if we see that he ran back to rummage around and find it again.
If Luke has it again in the ST (and I kinda think he won’t), it’s as easily explained as him having it again at the end of Jedi. I really hope Ady feels the same way.
