I personally have no problems with her dieing of a broken heart. Why in our own real history there are people that were diagnosed "died due to eating X number of eggs". So, I just attribute it to not knowing what really was wrong with her. Although, I don't see why he would get mad about Siddious lying to him. I mean if you join the darkside do you really expect your master to tell you the truth all the time?
