Not until he decides on somewhere new to host future torrents, which unless I’m mistaken is still the plan, MySpleen being a temporary measure.

I hope it will be soon, I can’t send him a PM???

I think its called a private topic here rather than a PM, the private topics tab (looks like two speech bubbles overlapping) should appear on the top right of your browser once you’ve logged in.

Tomorrow I will be putting up regraded releases of Spiderman: Homecoming, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell no Tales and Wonder Woman. I’ll let everybody that’s sent me a private message know where once I have them up.

oh man, Spiderman: Homecoming and Wonder Woman, we can’t download your latest titles!
no access for new members

btw KK you do your files in 22GB still?

No need to worry, I’ll be putting up all releases of recent films on public torrents so everybody will have access to Spiderman: Homecoming and Wonder Woman.

I will be starting with smaller releases like I did on tehparadox and based on how popular a release is (how well seeded it is in the case of torrents) I will decide whether or not to put up higher bitrate releases. I’ll start with 2-3gb 1080p .mp4 releases and work up to 8gb and then 22gb releases if the interest is there to justify them.

I have just uploaded the regraded release of Wonder Woman. I’ll let everybody that’s sent me a PM know where.

You can count me straight in the 20GB+ club. I always enjoy watching your regrades with the highest possible bitrate. But I understand that not everyone has the same access to high speed internet / external HDD’s with 2TB+ space.

…and thanks for WW! 😃

Many thanks KK I have most of 22GB titles truly amazing work!

I thought you was going to do your list like TP only 8gb and 22GB release

Looking forward to the 20+ gig Spider-man, quality counts.

I am also in the camp for 22+ GB releases as well. Love your work, kk! Thanks for staying in the regrade game!

Ideally, I’d prefer something between 8GB and 22GB (i.e. 16GB).
If not, I’m good with either.
Not a fan of 2-3GB though.

Does anyone know if Baby Driver has a blanket tint? I’d guess yes… since everything seems to have.

most titles have green and yellow tint its noticeable and is annoying compare to KK650’s version of films

To add to my previous post, if others are like me and are not interested in the 2-3GB versions, then wouldn’t it be difficult to build sufficient demand for the higher bitrate releases?

This was something I was contemplating last night before falling asleep. Would we all be required to download the “lower tier” versions to build up the popularity? I have a feeling that at least 80% of KK650’s audience enjoy his high bitrate (22GB) releases but unfortunately there are some who have a terrible internet connection and can barely download 8GB in a week (or they lack the HDD space).

I have learned to respect his decision to keep doing this + supporting every single one of his fans but it would be nice to see some stats of the current situation. Because if there are around 50 people ecstatically waiting for his 22GB releases and just a handful of unlucky ones with a bad connection… I think it would be more fluent to release the highest version first, and then drop the bitrate to 8GB / 2-3GB if such requests arise.

I don’t think the intent is to force anyone to download and seed a version that they don’t want, but it does make sense that the more of us who support the smaller versions, the more likely it is that we’ll get the bigger ones. My preferred minimum is the 8GB versions (and I grab the 22GB when I see them), but I’m lucky enough to have bandwidth that lets me pull the 2GB versions to “prime the pump.”

Agreed; it takes him way more time to create these files than it does for me to download and watch them, so I’ll play by his rules. This distribution method is already an improvement for me since I prefer torrents to file sharing sites.

I appreciate your understanding guys. I know most of my fans from tehparadox prefer 8gb and 22-23gb releases, but using torrents is a totally different animal to filehosting, keeping larger releases up is much more difficult unless there is awareness and a willingness to help seed, which is why i’m building from smaller 2-3gb releases and seeing how things go. The 2gb Spider-Man: Homecoming release has been very popular and people have been sticking around to seed so i’ve just uploaded a 9gb release. Hopefully that will continue and i’ll be able to move on to a 23gb release.

sorry but haven’t used torrent sites since 2002 do the files, links stay active meaning alive or they get removed after awhile like file host?

YOU are essentially the files. Basically, one guy has the files (AKA seeder) while others get copies of data blocks of those files while also obtaining them from everybody else who is connected at that time. Once you’ve obtained the files in full, you are now a seeder. If you decide to leave, that’s one less seeder available to distribute the files. If all seeders leave, there’s nothing left to distribute. Sometimes, as a leecher (somebody wanting the files), you can stick around regardless of the fact there are no seeders and one will appear but more often than not, if there are no seeders, that torrent is more or less dead.

Some people “dine & dash” in the sense they download the files but leave immediately after getting what they want. It doesn’t help others and it’s frowned upon but it’s mainly the honor system, really. People encourage each other to be generous with seeding. Otherwise, torrents die and this distribution model won’t work.

Glad to see kk650 is still regrading! I’ll have to tell a lot of his fans on the reddit pages where to go now, as they are really missing his works! Excelsior!

Would be great to have custom BD25s, 23.3GB, downloads instead of lower quality 2GB~9GB. I’ve a spindle of discs and could put the burned Blu-ray disc with the studio release.
