I can tell you how to make it into an AVI, which you can probably do more with than a PSD:

Save each frame out of Photoshop as a Targa in a numbered sequence, starting at 000.tga. Then use VirtualDub - drag the 000.tga image on to a VirtualDub window and it will load the whole sequence. You can then save that out as an AVI.

VirtualDub was an invaluable tool to me while I made my edit.

I may have to do that if I can't find a way to just convert the PSD file to a FLM stripe file. I use Adobe Premiere and it allows you to save the sequence as a filmstrip. I then, foolishly, took the filmstrip and converted it into a PSD file. I think this may be where my problem is.
