Is it “casual person who doesn’t know anything about the movie and won’t care” unpolished? Or is it “casual person who doesn’t know anything about the movie and will be distracted by it being ‘unfinished’ so might care” unpolished?
There are certainly some things that are very distracting even for naive audience. For example screenshot in the top is from DC and screenshot in the bottom is from FC. The scene takes place during the night in a heavy rain. Seeing suddenly clear blue skies was very distracting to me.
