If you aren’t concerned with technical quality (which includes video and audio source and conversion quality, no hard audio cuts, no black frames, etc.) then never mind, it won’t get approved if it’s lacking in that department. I know you said you don’t care about other people’s opinion on technical quality, which isn’t the same as not caring about technical quality itself, but that’s still a bit of a red flag to me.
