Man, I just can’t get over what Harmy managed to accomplish. The visuals are so stunning, though I do wish I could get the 24p to run. My player keeps upscaling it to 180/60p. The audio is only lossy 2.0 DD though. Whoever did this bootleg did pretty amazing work, they even stomped the discs. Seeing what Harmy accomplished, as I mentioned, made me feel worse than ever about contributing to any kind of threat to him, sadly 😦. But man oh man, does it look stunning. Thanks to everyone who’s been forgiving, and again, sincerest apologies. If it’s any consolation, which it’s not, this does make me look into other fan edits. Now if only I could find the audio preservation of the mono for Terminator 1, the rough cut of Apocalypse Now, and the theatrical cut of THX 1138. I’m kind of curious about that Ulysses Cut of Waterworld too. If nothing else, this has opened my eyes to the amazing things that home editing can accomplish. But I still hope I don’t get arrested 😉. And I still duly apologize.
