The only home video release with the original aspect ratio has been the Criterion LD/DVD. Every widescreen TV airing I’ve seen used the 1:85.1 AR. As with many prints on eBay, the audio is in Russian but that could be easily replaced. However, the print appears to be in such poor condition that would we really get any good results?
I would be interested in your opinions on this.
