Does anyone know where I can find the original, original, original script for Star Wars?

I remember there was a site with it, but I can't really remember...

Also, are there notes or a collection of interviews somewhere on the note about the whole saga....like what Jedi should have been and what the prequels were supposed to be about? (not what got made, in other words)

This reminds me, does anybody know if the first draft of Jedi is available or if it even exists? The one I'm talking about has Han dying, Leia becomming queen (and not Luke's sister), Luke going off on his own and no Death Star II. According to Kershner, it's a bittersweet ending, but I want to know what else happens.

Anybody have any info on this?

The site above has a lot of first drafts....even some stuff for ESB and ROTJ.

Haven't read any of it, but check it out........it might be there.

I'm keeping an eye out for it myself.

The script your talking about was a bootleg and was a fan made script. It was put out even before lucas wrote the first draft, i believe it has luke becoming emperor and rechristening the death star the life star. The true first draft was called revenge of the jedi and it had two death stars, and the imperial home world was where the final lightsaber duel happened. It was over a lava pit, because of the emperors inner sanctum being so below the planets surface. The planet was called had abbadon not coruscant, and was stolen from asimovs trantor in the foundation books. The starkiller page at starwarz.com has i think a revised second draft. Lando dying was a myth, that came about because during story meetings kasden told lucas han should die. I don't know if this exists in any of his personal drafts for the script he turned in, but i know lucas told him " your a product of the 1980's you can't just go around killing people", humorously.

I am doing a new edit of the PT...that would be lofty. I am not sure if that could be accomplished, but God that would be bad ass. It is an idea to kick around though.
