It might happen. And I agree once is too many. But certainly not all officers are like that. We also have to consider that sometimes they may have good reasons to take actions we don’t understand, because we don’t have their training and experience.

A lot of them do, regardless of race. They like to jump people and bring them down hard even if the offense was non-violent. I have no faith in their training or experience. That said, cops tend to depend on the department. Certain cities have great cops while others are notoriously horrible, like Detroit, New Orleans, or Los Angeles. The police department in the city I’m in now is wonderful, while the cops in the nearest neighboring city are horrible.
