Dunno, i always thought it had to do with the birth of the Empire as a child, i then thought it was the "original rebels" vs the Empire.

Did'nt know it was a mystery to me as a child but unfortuanatly my imagination of it is ruined by Lucas by subjecting to me the awful Attack of the Clowns.
