Back to Lost, I think if they let some of the plotlines go, like did when Claire was kidnapped, then they will be in trouble. But, if they pick up the plot where they left off and the first episodes show what happened to Walt/Sawyer/the Hatch, then they will be on the right track. I like the idea that the audience learns things as the characters learn things. If the characters learn all the islands secrets, the show might be over or become boring. People have little patience for intelligence writing and want to be spoonfed like reality shows and mainstream movies/television. I hope some people abandon ship, but not enough to get the show cancelled. Patience will be rewarded.
