Dex...I get what you mean. Most of us are emotionally too close to the OT cuz of the memories we have associated with it. I've tried to look at the PT objectively, but I just don't see the appeal there. I see the potential though.

We are probably missing the point altogether....we should be viewing all the films as one film. Lucas has said this time and time again.
Future generations will probably count it as one whole movie, but we, at this time, are just being partial.
