Jeez. He’s unloading on the confidential and hyper-partisan process of the Senate, but, minutes before, voted to proceed on debate for a bill that was crafted in secret and had no bi-partisan collaboration.
it is a whole bunch of talk yes. he did clearly state that he voted yes but will not vote unless lots gets changed. but he still should have voted NO if that was the case, if the bill is so terrible as it stands, why work with it?
